Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations
2004 Pool Season

1. No one is permitted in the pool unless a lifeguard is on duty. The Township Police will prosecute violators.

2. Anyone under the age of fourteen (14) must be accompanied by a resident over the age of twenty-one (21).

3. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all times anywhere inside the fence of the pool areas.

4. The Association will not b e responsible for the loss of jewelry, valuables, clothing, or other property in or around the pool.

5. All persons, including children, using the facility do so at their own risk. The management and/or Association will not be responsible for any accident due to a person's own negligence.

6. Each person will be liable for damages caused through their own negligence or carelessness.

7. Anyone not observing the Rules and Regulations of the guard can be expelled at the sole discretion of management and be barred from the facilities.

8. Non-qualified swimmers are not allowed in the deep water.

9. All injuries must be reported to either the lifeguard or management at once.

10. Glass or glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.

11. No running, throwing, pushing, wrestling, dunking, rough play, etc., is permitted in the pool area.

12. All trash must be deposited in the trash receptacles.

13. All diaper wearing children must wear outer rubber pants in the pool.

14. Radios will be permitted only if they are not disturbing others.

15. All persons must leave pool when all out whistle is sounded.

16. No pool toys, including rafts, balls, etc. are permitted to be used in the pool. Only "noodles" will be allowed.

17. All residents wishing to use the pool must use their pass to gain entry into the pool area.

18. All residents and guests must observe these rules and regulations with the understanding that they are created for their own protection.

19. No smoking will be permitted in the pool area.
